The next KC Downtowners luncheon is scheduled to be in-person at the Kansas City Central Library! Join us from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 11th for networking, lunch, and to hear from our speaker.
Monthly Luncheon Cost: $30 with pre-paid registration (no in-person registration available)
Parking: Validated parking at the library parking garage is included.

Join us at our June luncheon to hear from Kelley Hrabe, Founder and Principal with Riverstone Platform Partners, a developer that is involved in several affordable housing projects in the Kansas City metro area. They have recently partnered with Community Housing of Wyandotte County to develop Boulevard Lofts, a 50-apartment complex with a mix of market-rate and affordable units. Riverstone Platform Partners has expertise in financing, developing, operating, and building affordable and workforce housing
Having focused on housing economics and real estate for the past thirty years, Mr. Hrabe’s insight into the housing market combined with his knowledge of development and construction further strengthens his capacity. Working with some of the top development and construction firms in the nation, Mr. Hrabe has acquired the experience needed to manage and complete successful developments. As a Master's level Urban Planner, with a concentrated effort on housing and real estate development, Kelley has focused his career on issues relating to affordable and market rate housing development.
